Martin Prue

Martin Prue, General Manager, has worked for Citee from the start and has acquired some 15 years experience in the delivery of Personal Development Programmes.

He is a qualified adult tutor, as well as being an accredited facilitator for STEPS and Investment In Excellence and is also a trainer of STEPS facilitators.

Martin has always combined training delivery with his managerial duties and was involved in A Foot In The Door for 10 years, but for the last 5 years has been primarily involved in STEPS and IIE.

He is passionate about supporting people in developing a healthy outlook and realising their potential and aspirations through improved confidence, motivation, goal-setting, and constructive thinking skills.

Martin’s varied life and work experience plays a large part in his success as a facilitator, enabling him to work well with people from different backgrounds.

Ian Saunders

Has been with CITEE for over 10 years.  He started as a facilitator on A Foot in the Door and through his passion for what he does and his obvious skills and qualifications, he has progressed to become the course manager and key facilitator.

Ian has had a varied career path, which has included farming and various sales positions, however, found that his natural ability to be caring, understanding empathic coupled with a positive attitude  and encouraging manner allows him to excel in his position as a facilitator.

He is adventurous and enjoys the outdoors. His hobbies include off roading in his Range Rover, and carpentry. Ian is best known for his great sense of humour.
